A short, plain account of how your hour is held and what happens if plans change.
When you reserve a reading, that hour is set aside for you alone. We do not double-book, and we do not run group sessions.
If a time stops working, use the link in your confirmation email to move your reading to any open hour. Please do this at least 2 hours before your session so the new time can be arranged without a scramble.
Because each hour is reserved for you and cannot be offered to anyone else at short notice, payments are not refundable once a reading is booked.
If we need to cancel, or a technical problem on our side stops your reading from taking place, we will offer you a new hour or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If you were charged but did not receive a confirmation, write to us with the payment reference. We will look into it promptly, and any amount owed is returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
Sessions begin at the booked time and run for the booked length. If you arrive late, you may have less time with the cards, so message us early and we will do our best to help.
