What we collect, why, and how we look after it.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm and hold your reading.
Your booking details, such as the reading you chose, your time, and how you would like to speak.
Your Instagram messages to us, if you write to us there, and any note you choose to send about your reading.
If you order a written reading, the words you send us (your number, question or context), and your email address so we can reply.
Your timezone, so we can show your reading time correctly, and the post or link you came from, so we learn what is helpful.
If you join the Sunday card list, your email address and first name.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card or UPI details. Payments are handled by our payment partner on their own secure checkout.

How we use it

First, to run your reading: to confirm your booking, send your reminder and session details, and answer you if you write to us. Your phone number is for reaching you about your reading, and for nothing else unless you say yes.

If you tick the box that says you would like to hear when new readings open, we may contact you now and then about them. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will. We do not sell or share your information, and we send the Sunday card only to people who ask for it.

Who helps us run this

We use trusted services to host the site, store bookings, send email, process payments and understand visitor numbers. They handle your data only to provide those services. Our site statistics are collected without tracking you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the service and meet our legal and accounting duties, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or leave the Sunday card list, at any time by writing to us. We will respond promptly.
